Attention:

1. Prior to welding, ensure that the electrode is re-dried at a precise temperature between 320ºC to 350ºC for a full hour to achieve optimal performance.
2. For superior welding outcomes, meticulously cleanse the weld area of rust, oil, water, and any impurities before starting the welding process.
3. DC* is superior to AC for this application; we advise a lower heat input. Keep the temperature of preheat and interpass under 150ºC to maintain the quality of your welds.
