Attention:
1. For optimal performance, ensure the electrode is re-dried at temperatures between 320ºC and 350ºC for one hour prior to use.
2. It is crucial to thoroughly remove any rust, oil, water, and impurities from the weld area to ensure a flawless weld.
3. While DC current provides superior results compared to AC, it is recommended to use lower heat input. Maintain preheat and interpass temperatures below 150ºC for best outcomes.
